Dear parents, at present, school will be open for vulnerable children and the children of key workers who are unable to find alternative care for their children. This support is available after you have exhausted all available options for childcare. The advice for all is to stay at home, if at all possible, however, if you feel that you are eligible as a key worker, and that you will require this supervision in school, as you have no other option available, please email me one week in advance stating your eligibility as a key worker, and the days you require support, on email@example.com . Children who do attend school will stay in family bubbles in our hall and complete the folder of work that has been issued to all children, under the supervision of a member of staff. An updated letter regarding the current situation and the collection of folders / returning folders, every Monday, has been added to your child's Seesaw account.
As the Covid situation is constantly changing, please make sure you have access to each child's Seesaw account where on-line learning and communication will be maintained. If you have misplaced your child's individual log-in details please contact your child's teacher, or the principal, and the log-in code can be re-issued, thank-you. The Seesaw class app can be easily downloaded onto a phone, it has been a fantastic way for school and home to stay in touch in the current climate.
Please check your child's Seesaw app regularly for communication notes, photos and video clips.
